Some of the sights we visited in the Black Hills included Mount Rushmore and Custer National Forrest. We also drove through Spearfish Canyon and toured a cowboy museum in Spearfish where Carmen got to pet a bison. We also visited many of the businesses and restaurants in Rapid City where Chuck has been consulting for several months. It was like a visual tour of his expense account for our family. The hotel had a nice water park (with two very fast slides) so Carmen, Madeline and Anna also enjoyed time spent there. We had beautiful weather for late November too!
