In November Carmen turned 13. Now she's a teenager! That hardly seems possible. For her birthday we tooks several of her friends and her sisters bowling and played laser tag to a neat place in Pleasant Hill that has both! Everyone had a great time. Anna also thought laser tag was "the best!" although the only hits she scored with her laser were when she physically smacked people with the gun. (Chuck: I reassured Anna that it was a perfectly acceptable close-quarters combat technique according to Marine Corps doctrine).
