May is a month full of birthdays on Shelley's side of the family. We start out with Dad's birthday on the 4th, then following with Shelley, Sandy, Jen, Emma and end on the 30th with Nathan. We will soon have a new addition to the May birthday list when Becky and Dave have the new Cook addition in a few weeks. Needless to say, I think May birthdays rock!! :-) We helped Dad celebrate his birthday on Sunday. Mom got a nice picture of Dad with his girls and then another with Dad and the May birthday girls. We know that Dad really wanted to have a son to carry out the Poortinga name; however pictures show that he thinks his four girls are the best and having some pretty cool son-in-laws helps with the male bonding.
